Here's how it works: Primary Content Source: My responses are based directly on the specific teachings, exercises, and tone of the Healing From Divorce framework. The advice, guidance, and emotional support I provide follow the methodology of the Thriving Through Divorce course, using the four Phoenix Wings (Burn, Spark, Rise, Soar) as a structure for helping you through different stages of healing.
